This playground has no accesible bathroom which can be a huge problem for children! There is also no public restroom close by which makes this playground unideal for people not visiting the Ben and Jerry's factory. There is a designated shaded sitting area but not much tree cover here. There are two water fountains with a cute cow print on the side. There are no lights at this playground which raises safety concerns for children who are playing in the evening or night time. Shockingly, this playground has no swings! This is the favorite playground equipment of many including myself so this is quite a downside. This playground has one swirly slide and a small double slide that looks like it is for young children. We were very impressed by the addition of the handicap accessible merry-go-round which is a type of equipment we have not seen before. The playground is also accessible via a paved pathway that leads right to the playground and the structure sits on a smooth rubber surface making it easy to operate a wheelchair over. This playground is a great addition to Ben and Jerry's property as children can use up the ice cream fueled energy on the many play structures adorning the playground. There is lots of seating including adirondack chairs and covered seating with a few tables. We feel there should be more tables especially given the proximity to an ice cream shop. There are no bike racks which makes sense for the location as there is no sidewalk around here and it's a bit out of the way. The smooth rubber base of the playground is just bouncy enough to absorb shock and is much safer than mulch.

This playground is definitely worth the visit to try out it's unique playstructures! With the addition of a swing set this playground would reach 95% easily.
